George Grenier began his craft service career in 2008, absorbing everything he could about the industry. A few years ago he took a break and began his professional training at the Culinary Academy of Long Island. He interned at Tellers Chophouse, a top rated steakhouse on Long Island and later moved on to Oheka Castle. He is now back to further his career professionally within the motion picture industry.

Joseph DeCongilio has been cooking professionally since 2007.  After receiving his training at the Culinary Academy of New York,  he externed at Thomas Keller's per se in New York and staged at Brasserie LCB. He began cooking for  the tv/film industry in 2008 and with George started Craft Service NYC in 2013.
